Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026.
General cancellation terms
All curated tour package bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm services. The deposit amount is shown on your invoice. The remaining balance is due according to the schedule confirmed at booking. These terms apply together with applicable consumer protection rules under Ukrainian law.
Refund schedule

| 7 to 14 days | 25% of total tour price |
| Less than 7 days | No refund |
Changes, supplier penalties and force majeure
Date or passenger changes are allowed only if suppliers can accommodate them and may incur change fees. Supplier cancellation penalties, including those imposed by hotels, carriers and local operators in Ukraine or abroad, are deducted from any refund.
If a cancellation is caused by force majeure such as war, natural disaster, government order, pandemic restriction or closed borders, we will offer a travel credit or refund the recoverable balance after deducting non-refundable supplier payments and administrative costs.
