Welcome to tunevaultra.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any itinerary or travel package request, quote, or booking for trips to the Maldives or the UAE.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
We provide travel planning, itinerary creation, and package booking assistance. All offers are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
3. Requests and Bookings
Submitting an itinerary request does not create a binding reservation. A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are quoted in the currency shown and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, deadlines, and accepted methods are provided with each quote.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Non-refundable deposits, airline tickets, and special-rate accommodations may not be reimbursed. We will pass on any refunds we recover from suppliers.
6. Liability
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by suppliers, weather, political conditions, health requirements, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our service fee, where permitted by law.
7. Travel Documents and Insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health certificates, and travel insurance. Entry requirements for the Maldives and the UAE are set by their authorities.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv.
